Siento el frío de noviembre cerca, ese clima exquisito
que me encanta, no raya en el exceso como para abrigarme de pies a cabeza por
lo que me permite utilizar mis vestidos y mostrar un poco de piel -que no
sea demasiado- sin morirme de frío, (aunque Guatemala no es un país con climas
extremos.)
Mi poncho "montaña azul", parte de mi
colección de invierno, es ideal para el clima, además combina muy bien con
denim y es mi prenda de outerwear favorita, la uso de día y de noche.
Usualmente mi color neutro a utilizar es el negro, pero esta vez lo cambie por
el café, llevada especialmente por mi deseo de utilizar estas botas lace-up y
mis lentes de sol "cat-eye". Lo combine con un rosario extra-grande
de madera y cincho vintage, así como mi famosa satchel de leopardo y anillo de
cruz hecho por mí.
El vestido es otro capítulo, está hecho con
tejidos artesanales y también es uno de mis diseños. Esta pieza es un prototipo
así que es única, por esta razón me rehusaba a utilizarla pero luego comprendí
que era peor tenerla refundida en el fondo del closet. Me encanta el detalle
colorido en el ruedo, espero mostrarles fotos pronto que lo muestren mejor.

I can feel
the November cold next to me, that exquisite weather I love, not enough to
cover-up head to toe but to be able to show a little bit of skin-just a little
bit- without dying frozen (well, Guatemala is not a country with extreme
weather cycles.)
My “montaña
azul” poncho is part of my Fall/Winter collection, ideal for this weather, also
looks great with denim and I can tell you, this is my favorite outerwear piece,
I wear it night and day. Usually my favorite neutral color is black, but this
time I tried brown, thanks to my lace-up booties and cat-eye sunglasses. I
combined it with an extra-large Rosary and vintage belt, also my famous leopard
satchel bag and a cross ring made by me.
The dress
is another chapter, is made with artisanal local textiles and is also one of my
designs. This piece is a prototype and is unique, this is why I didn´t want to
wear it but then I understood that is worst to hide it in the back of my closet.
I love the colored detail in the hem, I hope to show you some new pictures of
