I am into grunge right now;
did you see the grunge moodboard
post? (In the trend: Getting Grunge, click to
redirect). That was part of my creative process to
develop a few projects starting with this gorgeous fashion editorial for NON
magazine.
Estoy altamente inspirada por el grunge últimamente, vieron el post con el tablero de inspiración grunge? (In the trend: Getting Grunge). Eso fue parte de mi proceso creativo para desarrollar algunos proyectos empezando con este editorial de moda para NON magazine.
It was my dream, my fancy
caprice with Nirvana music ON. The photographer Mauricio Diaz share the
nineties passion with me so, it was easy to make this “Reality Bites”
inspiration into a fashion story, to remember those sweet moments when Seattle
was the city we all wanted to meet.
In some point I
realized that Rosscoe, our RF bad girl and blogger partner of lazycatstyle was
the only one with the right attitude to fight my crazy mind with style and
strike a pose ala Patti Smith in a former painter studio. (A great painter by
the way, one of the best of my country, who inspired me in a lot of ways to do
my job and understand that artistic professions can be tough but possible even
in a third world country).
Esto es mi sueño, caprichoso elegante con música de Nirvana de fondo. Mauricio Díaz, fotógrafo de esta serie, comparte la pasión por los noventas conmigo asi que fue fácil desarrollar esta inspiración sacada de "Reality Bites" y convertirla en una historia para fotos de moda y así recordar esos momentos cuando Seattle era la ciudad que queriamos conocer.
En cierto punto me di cuenta que Rosscoe, nuestra querida chica mala y compañera bloggera en lazycatstyle era la ùnica con la actitud corecta para lidear con mi enloquecida mente estilosa y posar tipo Patti Smith en el ex-estudio de un pintor. ( Un gran pintor por cierto, de los mejoers del pais que me ha inspirado en muchas formals para hacer mi trabajo y entender que las profesiones artísticas pueden ser dificiles pero posibles, aún en un país tercermundista.)
